Preventable Surprises is starting a new programme to focus on the analogy between slavery and the climate crisis:

This work is being led by Richard Barker and here is a TEDx which explains the analogy further and in particular, the difference between the UK and US approach to ending the slave trade:

We are looking for a research intern to help us develop this idea – see the attached job description/person specification. We would welcome letters highlighting why candidates are interested in this position and when they would be available to start.
