This survey (“ThinkTank views on litigation“) shows that “positive mavericks” think litigation is an important ingredient in the mix of change strategies: the immunity to change in the investment system seems too great without it.
That said, they don’t think its a panacea and view real client demand as being the really key factor.
But will the fiduciaries act in time and forcefully enough?
